The creation of Babbling Brook cottage Devon, campsite and other dog friendly onsite attractions.

It all started in 2015 when Darren & Sarah become the new Owners of Kipscombe. Kipscombe comprised of a Farm House with detached Annex and 11.4 acres of land. They immediately spotted the potential to make Kipscombe and land into a one of the most dog friendly holiday destinations in Devon. 

The spend the first few months renovating the Annex to make it more appealing to holidays guests with dogs. The holiday cottage was named and became 'Babbling Brook Cottage'

It was all change in 2023 when planning permission was achieved to convert a redundant farm building on their land.
